We use available and seasonal fresh, organic and local food from farms within Barrie and area to cook our convenient, healthy, and delicious meals.

We create customizable catering menus for 2 to 500 guests that range from formal gatherings, weddings or corporate lunches; to more informal events, like barbecues and family gatherings.

We offer sumptuous meals that come with cooking instructions for an unforgettable, gourmet homemade meal.

We cater to any and all dietary concerns and preferences when creating menus for every occasion, just let us know and we’re more than happy to accommodate.

We can bring your meal to you with our delivery services that we offer for any event in Barrie and surrounding areas.

Not only are we a catering company with amazing menus and optional lunch delivery and catering transportation services, we also provide event staffing, setup and facilitation by working with other local businesses in Barrie.

JENNIFER ALLEN-LONG

President / Owner

Jenn is no stranger to commitment and hard work. She applies this commitment and passion to everything she does. Food and Hospitality is truly her calling, and evident in her work. Jenn has worked in the service industry for some of Canada’s Top Chefs like Mark McEwan and Claudio Aprille. Serving Royalty and Celebrities alike, Jenn meets the highest of service standards. As a warm, loving and family oriented individual, her most special guest will always be her son.

ASHLEY LEADBETTER

Event Coordinator / Creative Director / Owner

Ashley is a pure, unfiltered ray of sunshine. From an initial meeting, to the final minute of an event, her detail-oriented vision never misses a beat. Having grown up in and around large scale food production and manufacturing, Ashley is steeped in the importance of planning and organization. Ashley lives for the intricacies of decor planning and has the credentials and experience to back it. Ashley has planned hundreds of events in some of the most challenging locations with a complex timeline, and always shines bright with joyful enthusiasm.

SEAN JOHNSTON

Operations Manager / Chef / Owner

With a detail-oriented eye, and an obsessive nature, Sean ensures a smooth operation to all projects at Cravings Fine Food. Having worked for over a decade in the hospitality industry, from opening restaurants and catering events, with several years in customer service and production industries, Sean has a unique eye for finding the important details. Working with the talented Cravings’ kitchen brigade, Sean makes the culinary creations possible.

Shaun Elliot

Head Chef of Cravings Fine Food

Originally from Australia, Shaun has been cooking and feeding his passion for exceptional food all over the world. Formally trained at TAFE in New South Wales and apprenticing at a bustling dinner and rugby club in Australia, Shaun worked through the ranks in many kitchens throughout England and Whistler British Columbia before landing in Barrie to settle with his family. Shaun has been a part of the Cravings team since 2013 in a variety of both culinary and front of house roles. He has also led the Banquet team at the Nottawasaga Inn as Banquet Sous Chef and gained valuable experience on the intersections of dietary needs and culinary skills while working at RVH in Barrie. Shaun was promoted to Head Chef in 2019 where he leads the kitchen team in our production kitchen, at events and in the café.

AEMELIA O’ CALLAGHAN

Event Manager

Aemelia loves events and her career in event planning is truly motivated by a keen interest in connecting with clients and seeing their dreams and celebrations come to life.

Having started working in the hospitality industry at the young age of thirteen, Aemelia has a vast knowledge of all the intricate details it takes to execute the perfect event. Her upbeat and positive personality motivates the team which reflects in the execution of a flawless event and very happy clients.

As Event Manager, Aemelia is able to utilize her vast skill set to help clients achieve their goals. She loves the process of getting to know our clients and to be apart of creating these memories that will last a lifetime.

When Aemelia isn’t managing our events, she is spending time with her two little girls and planning out the next adventure with them.
